A few weeks ago my family and I went on our latest adventure to St Bees for the first time. For those that don’t know, St Bees is a little coastal town in the North West of England. It is close to the Lake District but not actually in the Lake District so I couldn’t really add this one to Our Lake District Adventure series.

We had heard some great things about St Bees and wanted to check it out for ourselves. It is a lovely little town with a nice seaside cafe. I can recommend the Slab of Pie.

There is a gorgeous beach at St Bees and several beach and town walks to go on. We only managed to attempt one and didn’t make all the way round due to time but even more reason to go back. Still lots to explore, plus I took note of many photo compositions I would like to go back and capture.

With a lot of help from my boys who did a lot of the recording, I did manage to put together a GoPro video for you to watch. I hope you like it.
